Director of QA, Risk Management,& Compliance

Beckett Springs is a 96-bed behavioral hospital located near Cincinnati in West Chester, OH. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. Position Details:
  • Director is responsible for development/administration of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Staff Development activities throughout the hospital to ensure that all state, federal, TJC standards for care consistently met.
  • Collects and analyzes data on hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to improve hospital performance and ensure provision of quality care.
  • Works closely with all Department Director's to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis.
  • Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all hospital incidents

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a health related field preferred, or Bachelor's degree in a health related field with equivalent in a psychiatric hospital.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
