Responsibilities

An Asset Management Administrator is needed to support and maintain a proactive IT Asset Management Program. This role works under the direction of the IT Asset Management Director. Interaction will be required with the application owners, central procurement, as well as with internal and external business contacts.
  • Working knowledge of Asset Management Discovery systems
  • Experience conducting physical asset audits and comparing to inventory systems
  • Assist in maintaining contract renewal information for leases, support and maintenance
  • Prepare hardware requests for shipment or internal delivery on standard catalog products
  • Assist as needed during internal software self-audits
  • Assist as needed during software publisher compliance audits
  • Assist Licensing team in processing software license requests
  • Develop and maintain expert business knowledge and customer relationships


Qualifications

Technical Qualifications (Experience 0-3 years):
  • Experience in working with inventory management systems
  • Conceptual knowledge of Information Technology with a focus on IT Asset Management
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Securities, Insurance, Financial Services Experience in IT, a plus

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Makes recommendations for business process improvements
